Happy Hump Day!

I have mentioned several times in previous posts that I listen to Venice Classic Radio in my WinAmp media player.  The thing I like most about Venice Classic Radio is they do not play any commercials,  just some infrequent station id's so it is all music all the time.  I discovered their website today which happens to have plug ins for all the major media players and a downloadable toolbar if you would rather play it in your browser instead.  While listening last night, a delightful piece by Arcangelo Corelli was played which I enjoyed very much.  As Corelli is one of my favorite composers, I thought I would look up some videos with his music for today's play list. The play list includes a classic recording of the La Folia Variations performed by Nathan Milstein; the Viola da Gamba Sonata in D Major performed by Richard Boothby on Viola da Gamba, Robert Wooley on Harpsichord and Richard Campbell on Cello in an anonymous arrangement; and the Concerto Grosso in F, Opus 6/9 performed by the new conductorless orchestra of Boston, A Far Cry, in concert at St Paul's Church in Brookline, Ma.  After deciding on the music for today, I went searching for the men to complement the music.  I decided to use Men In Jeans as the theme for today which is Hump Day and these guys are VERY humpbable indeed.   This should get you all over the midweek hump and working towards the weekend that is the reward for all your weekday labors.  I have my own hump to get over with the weekly chores which are the norm for my Wednesdays.  Thanks for the visit, come back soon and remember to bring your friends.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!

Mozart In The Morning

I am kind of tired and my feet are letting me know they are ready for my weekend.  So I am going to be a little lazy this morning and re-post a favorite play list instead of looking for something I have not posted before.  The play list contains Mozart's Piano Concerto in D, K466 featuring Friedrich Gulda playing piano and conducting the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra in a 1986 performance at the Munich Piano Summer Festival and  his Violin Concerto Number 5 in A Major, K219, with Janine Jansen on Violin with the European Union Youth Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy from a 2006 performance at Royal Albert Hall.  I did go into the archives for the eye candy, selecting these sultry Sexy Studs in Swimwear for us all to ogle.  After all, what is not to like about some Mozart and a bunch of half naked men cavorting about the page?  Now I think I will take a little nap and catch you guys here tomorrow when I have a little more energy to burn.  Thanks for the visit, please come again and bring your friends. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
