Good Morning and Happy Monday! I was off over the weekend so I have had plenty of rest and am feeling energized this morning. I am not yet 100% but I am feeling so much better than I was. I have been researching alternatives to smoking as my doctors have advised me to quit and I believe I have found the solution. In the side bar and at the bottom of the page you will see ads for Blu Cigs, an electronic cigarette that provides the nicotine and smoking experience with out the carcinogens generated by traditional cigarettes. I signed up as an affiliate after looking at several brands and believe this to be the "premiere electronic cigarette" as they advertise and also the most reasonably priced. As you guys know I have previously taken down most all of the ads I had, limiting ads to products I really believe in. Over the weekend the TABC announced the firing of two officers and their supervisor and the disciplining of two other officials in the matter of the raid on the Rainbow Lounge here in Fort Worth. Hooray! I am glad the TABC did the right thing and now maybe their officers will think before harassing innocent people in a Gay establishment. All the protests in regard to this incident played a big part in this ruling. Goes to show you the squeaky wheel gets the oil. We need to keep making noise about all our issues so that more favorable rulings will come our way. Stand up and fight for your rights, it is worth the time and effort.

Sorry for not getting this post up yesterday but I was exhausted after a 10 hour night and slept for about 11 hours. Obviously I needed my rest. I have to take care not to over do it , do not want to spend any more time as a guest at JPS. As good a hospital as they are, they are still a hospital and not where I want to be.

I have a videos for you today made by a friend of mine featuring the music of Within Temptation, a totally instrumental piece. I just finished a 9 hour, very busy Friday night that went really well. Busy, Busy, Busy is what we were and had the grocery truck too, but Sergio and I got it all done by about 5 so everything came aout all right. I have cut back on my posting schedule to about 3 posts a week and will t ry to do M W F but as you see I did not get it up until Saturday this week.
